Testimonial from Braintree District Council
Samantha and Sue have visited the council offices to deliver a number of courses to the staff. The courses have included Irritable Bowel Syndrome, PMT/Menopause and a Back Care course.
Approximately 40 staff have benefited from these courses, both office and operational staff.
Our staff have benefited from the courses saying:
"I thought I knew everything about irritable bowel, but I've really learned something today and can't wait to put it into practice."
"Sam explained things so simply about why I was experiencing monthly problems, I didn't know I could take positive steps to help myself"
"Sue is a wonderful lady to be around. She is just so calming and has an aura of peace and tranqullity. I felt my problems just melt away. Everyone needs their own personal Sue."
Apart from workplace courses, The Centre have offered to all BDC staff, taster sessions at their base in Kelvedon. Staff who have attended report:
"I've never felt so looked after. Sam listened to my worries and health issues, never once making me feel pressurised for time, seeing it was a free taster session. I've taken on board everything she said and I really try to look after myself now. I'm feeling so much better. I'd thoroughly recommend taking advantage of the offer."
"I didn't know what to expect but I felt really welcome and came away with lots of information on how I could help myself."
Braintree Council recommend Kelvedon Complementary Health Centre. The staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable and we look foward to working with them in the future.

Testimonial from Graphic International
We approached Sam and Sue of Kelvedon Complementary Health Centre to help us address our sickness records. They presented easy to understand, practical seminars that appealed to our predominately manual workforce. We also have a small office based team and the girls were happy to give advice and support to these staff members even though they didn't attend the presentations. Overall, the service Kelvedon Complementary Health Centre offers is exemplary, sickness has reduced and staff were appreciative of the management team for offering these educational courses. We quickly re-couped our initial outlay by the reduction in sickness payments and will be monitoring productivity over the coming months.
